Very slow to respond to issues (dripping tap for months), sends emails / documents to wrong tenant names (old tenants still on emails) and shares old contracts (still awaiting copy of new one). We have to get landlord involved to get stuff done.
Can be slow to respond to issues and there's always lots of 'red tape' when trying to make simple changes to arrangements.
I use Belvoir to manage my buy-to-let property. Friendly team. However I often need to send emails to chase actions, and fix accounting issues. More needs to be done to get consistent and accurate billing and prevent many follow-on communications to fix issues.
They don’t bother responding to emails. They also don’t even know their properties and makes you proceed with viewing for properties you’re not eligible for.
My viewing was cancelled the morning of the viewing. Honestly so disappointed and my train ticket down the drain too!
