I dealt with David Symonds - David is very nice to talk to and he is always very quick to reply, which I appreciate a lot. He always helped with any concerns I had. :) The reason to why I put 4 and not 5 stars to Belvoir is because in general things seem to progress a bit slow (compared to other estate agent I dealt with before). In terms of credit checks, booking the move in date etc. I understand though, it’s not always the agency’s fault. But some other agencies, perhaps, had it streamlined a bit better. :) That said, Belvoir also gave me a very nice Welcome pack! Which is a great thing to do and was something new to me.
