Cons: Communication by email can be patchy, I just call now as I rarely get replies by email. The photos in the inventory reports are too small to be useful, given that these reports are sent electronically (no paper is being wasted) why not put one photo per page so that the photo quality/resolution is higher?PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
