Good service but when I have an issue I dont know who to contact as a contacts list is never published when staff change.

Pro - good rooms and quick processing to get you into the house. friendly helpful staff. Con - Very slow and painful later on to get any maintenance work or repairs done, good for short term stay, 2months notice not helpful either.

OK; we got a good deal when signing up but could be more responsive to communications. Also you don't get someone dedicated so don't expect anyone to know your history every time you contact them. I would shop around if it wasn't for the price.

Nice properties, clear contracts, but communication time can vary quite a bit.

Quick and steady at getting you into a property, however slow at responding to email and requests. However as time has gone on they have got better in responding.

Called to book a an appointment to view a house. The person who picked up the phone said their name and nothing else, not even a hello, how can I help you, or the company name. I asked if I could book a viewing appointment and the person responded in an aggressive way, listing reasons why a viewing cannot be arranged. While the reasons for not being able to arrange a viewing were understandable, communication was very poor.
