I have to say I go back with Belvoir Lettings agents for near on 10 years,And I am the 2nd longest standing tenant in this particular property I have wached it grow and the changes and the building works and improvements into what they now call Grafton living.With a great team and personally for me any problems I have had were dealt with promptly.I also rented another Belvoir property over a year in Bishops Stortford again the service was very good. I would recommend Belvoir.

We started out with Bidwells who were frankly hopeless. Belvoir were patient with us and kept in contact so when Bidwells finally accepted that they were incapable of managing our property (not enough staff) we switched to Belvoir and have had zero problems since. The team is friendly and always on hand to help. They manage all of the routine stuff with no hassles and have consistently found us excellent tenants who pay on time and look after our flat. Add to that they they are significantly less expensive than the competition and hey - what else can we say. Very satisfied client

My experience with Belvoir letting agency has been very positive; I have been shown only properties that were within my budget and fulfilled my requirements, hence saved a lot of time. We live in a world were so many folk complain I felt it was important to tell anyone reading this just how well the team at the Belvoir Cambridge office did recently. I had moved out to live with a new lady in a new house!! - not got enough money to pay 2 mortgages. Luke and his team organised for my house to be cleaned, decorated and made ready for some tenants. The tenants moved in the day after I moved out. Throughout the entire process I have been kept upto date and feel very satisfied with the service I have received - all this without even having to pay until rent came in!! I received payment in my account 3 days after the tenancy started. I thought fees were so important when I was shopping for an agent and got a great deal - but I have learnt that the most valuable bit is service. I used Belvoir Lettings Cambridge to manage my apartment in Cambridge. They took over the Belvoir Lettings franchise from the person who started it up originally. The transfer was smooth with no notice visible to me other than a different set of people on the phone. They are a strong professional team who have managed my property effectively to ensure I am well looked after. Their inspections were regular and thorough. When the tenant moved out they hadn't tidied; but Belvoir dealt with this with the tenant and arrange the necessary deductions to the deposit. I am very happy with the service of Belvoir Lettings and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family. Well done guys!
