Having never worked with an agency whose primary operational staff are abroad I was concerned about how well the project would run. However, Alex and his team have followed instructions well and come up with solutions to all our problems. The website is clean and user-friendly and has some excellent features. The technology the team use to communicate with clients is in some cases better than having an account manager who can visit. Bugherd, in particular, is an excellent piece of reporting software that made the snagging process easy and trackable. The team at Starberry have all been friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. I would recommend them.

Lovely clean, bright open space in a friendly and modern environment. Easy to get to on public transport, with lots of options nearby to grab food. There's also access to on-site kitchen aresa where you can re-heat food you've brought with you or make drinks.

Wasn’t the smoothest house sale, took 19 months from listing to completion and landed at 80% of the original valuation. Because it was quite long we were supported by several agents. Tom stepped in late in the process (12 months in) and he was particularly helpful near the end liaising with our buyer solicitors and giving us direct updates.

As a landlord, I have been using this company for a number of years for my property and liability insurance requirements. Since the takeover by the Gallagher group, I've found that interactions with the company have become more challenging. It all depends who picks up the phone - you may have an excellent experience but on the other hand it may be exasperating. Suffice it to say, when I have had a claim, the process did go relatively smoothly.

Contacted twice asking for valuation, never received a call back.

After eagerly awaiting for the completion on the house we had purchased, we were informed by Will to collect the keys from the top of an old paint tin from the shed in the rear garden. Many thanks for the fabulous customer service!!
