Having never worked with an agency whose primary operational staff are abroad I was concerned about how well the project would run. However, Alex and his team have followed instructions well and come up with solutions to all our problems. The website is clean and user-friendly and has some excellent features. The technology the team use to communicate with clients is in some cases better than having an account manager who can visit. Bugherd, in particular, is an excellent piece of reporting software that made the snagging process easy and trackable. The team at Starberry have all been friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. I would recommend them.
