Natalie was brilliant with her support throughout out process, her assistant caused confusion a few times sending mixed messages but Natalie always corrected these. Took a few months to get there not due to Embrace but rather the lender but was overall a positive experience.

We dealt with a lady called Lucy who I must say was very professional and kept us informed all the way through the process. One of her major attributes was that as well as moving the process along quickly she answered our query’s either on the phone or by email very quickly which today is almost unknown .
