Right from the day we registered with Roman's we have experienced a very professional approach from Roman's - be it Matthew, whom I contacted first in November. He remembered that we are on a notice period till April and are interested in a property in Hawkes Close. So, when such a property came up in February, he did not forget to call us and give us the first viewing. Then the entire process of referencing and finalising the contract was carried out professionally and Abbi were very kind to address a few of our concerns and incorporate that in the contract.
