Romans having been my letting agent for some time now and I have always received a professional service from them. I would like to thank Izzy York who is doing a great job as property manager and highlight her professionalism in dealing with matters and making sure any problems are dealt with appropriately.

So far the best Estate agency in letting, especially Matthew who deserves a special mention From the process of viewing the property, through referencing, sending the contracts to sign, the check in in person has been brilliant. And especially the cleanliness of the property when we moved in, by far the only property we have rented to this day that has had a proper deep clean before the new tenants move in, so please, give my special thank you to the cleaning company.

Recently moved into my new home with Romans. The experience was very good, Matthew C kept me informed of progress throughout the process. He was personable and professional with email and telephone comms. My experience with Romans, more so Matthew C has left me feeling very positive and feeling that if an issue arises, he will get it sorted with his ‘can do’ approach.

My tenant recently contacted Romans regarding repairs needed. Isabella called me to advise and I shared details of my 'handy man'. She liaised with both him and the tenant and made the whole process a smooth one. Today many companies are hiding behind Covid, not answering calls, lack of engineers etc etc .... Isabella Always answers calls and emails promptly. She is friendly but more importantly professional and knowledgeable. Being a landlord is hard work so having a letting agent like her is a blessing🙂

I usually avoid Estate Agents, had some bad experiences in the past, but so far no problems with Romans. Have not been intrusive, and let me keep to renting without bother! Aside from the usual inspection every 6 months, it usually doesn't take long. A matter of 10 mins, and done! Reporting repairs is also very easy. I would like to thank Isabella York for actioning all my concerns I have raised very quickly, literally same day, or the next day if I send a late night email. Doing so in a very friendly way!
