I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who does not have a Google account. She has had Issy York as a managing agent for some time. My mother believes that she deserves a five star review for the personal attention given. My mother struggles with emails and if one has not been replied to, Issy will follow up with a telephone call. She has made managing the letting very easy for us. All service has been highly efficient and we are very satisfied.
