My experience with Romans group has been simply amazing. Kerensa, Matthew and Molly all from the Burnham office have been very cooperative. I had my tenancy to start in 1.5 months' time and they helped me negotiate that with the landlord (point to note while I was asking for that I extended my tenancy from usual 12 months to 18 months). I had requested to change the clauses from the standard agreement that was also catered. The move has been super easy as well and the cherry on top was a welcome pack waiting for me in the apartment when I got in. Great service! Keep it up!

Romans (Burnham) manage a rental property for me. It's a hassle free service and the online portal is very easy to use. I would like to call out Isabella York who is the property manager for our property. Her close contact and support for us and our tenants has been invaluable. Isabella is a real asset for Romans.

I have let my property through Romans Burnham for several years. All the team have been great but more recently Isabella York has been my property manager and has always been professional, patient and very helpful. She always resolves any queries I have had very quickly. No complaints.

Excellent service with myself a first time landlord and they were able to answer all of my questions, clearly explained the requirements needed and had the flat rented out in no time. Very impressed with Amy Meades who took my initial enquiry and aided through to completion, was very freindly and helpful!
