Melissa was amazing through out the whole processes. She was so helpful (more so then our solicitors!) and we were the buyers! Communication was great and she was so professional, if we ever sold our new place we would put it up with Starkings and Watson in a heart beat 😊

A huge thank you to this amazing agent for helping us to sell our family home and make the long distance move to our new home smooth and as stress free as possible. Covid lockdown came into force the day our home went on the market with them, however the week the market reopened we had an offer within 6 days. An extra special thanks to Annie our sales progressor for her time and dedication. Our sale and purchase was less than easy due to solicitor mistakes, lengthy delays and lack of communication, however she kept us in the loop daily with any new information that she received and she answered our endless questions as first time sellers with great detail. I would hugely recommend Chris and the team to buy or sell with again. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable about our sale and the added stresses of the covid pandemic were dealt with safely and professionally. We also loved the fact that they are open everyday so there was always someone to contact if we needed anything. A huge thank you to the whole team for getting us in our new home 300 miles away from Norfolk. It was less than easy but we got there in the end!

On our initial meeting with Samuel we were told that he could help sell our house within a week and we are very happy to say we accepted an offer of our asking price exactly a week after our property went ‘live’! We would highly recommend Starkings & Watson Hybrid Estate Agent to anyone thinking of selling their property. Having used a couple of other estate agents , Starkings were by far the best and we wouldn't use anyone else in future. From start to finish their service was efficient and professional and their communication was brilliant. We were listed with another agent for a period of time before and had no more than a couple of viewings, however, within a week of listing with Starkings and Watson, the viewings came flooding in! Their Photos showcased the house 10 times better than others and whatever they did obviously did the job as we received an offer for what we were looking for.
