During our time with Starkings and Watson, we had a few people let us down last min. However, the team kept our spirits up throughout and chased everyone who seemed interested. A massive thank you to Melissa who dealt with our move! She was by far better use to us than our solicitors, keeping in contact on a regular basis, helping with understanding of next stages. She even chased the solicitors for us when they didn't get back to us on a query.... Or more! She is an asset to the team, an approachable lady who does her best for her clients, and actually cares! I am truly thankful.

Having just exchanged contracts must say we are extremely pleased with the excellent service from all the team at Starkings and Watson. We weren't convinced by other estate agents when first putting our house on the market but Chris really listened and understood our needs. When our first sale fell through after uncertain Covid-19 times the team were very quick to get things moving again and we sold within a week. We would particularly like to thank Melissa who has kept us informed throughout and when any issues arose was very quick to chase and get resolved. A very professional service all round.

Firstly, I cannot recommend Starkings & Watson enough! This was my first time selling a house, and after having a bad experience with my initial estate agent i was then recommended these guys from a friend. From the initial contact it was clear to see they were a step above, Chris made initial contact & visited my property, explained all processes thoroughly & gave me a realistic guide price i was happy with. He then returned and took some fantastic pictures & before i knew it my property was on the market. Regular updates throughout the selling process and during the offer stage. Once a sale price was agreed i was then passed onto there sales progression team, Melissa kept me updated throughout this process & often went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. COVID-19 had an obvious slowing effect to the process & i was concerned the sale may fall through, but i was regularly reassured by Melissa who couldn’t do enough to ensure it all went as smoothly as possible, I genuinely believe without her persistence this sale may not of ever happened. Thanks Melissa! These guys are super professional, with extremely reasonable selling rates and offer the best sales progression, which i think set these guys above any other estate agent. We had a brilliant experience with Starkings and Watson from start to finish. David did the valuation and straight away we could tell he was genuinely passionate about getting us a good deal, but also realistic, didn’t feel any ‘estate agent jargon” just a real connection, with a good rapport. Then we met Melissa who really helped us, As we sold our property she worked with the team throughout COVID 19, she kept us informed every inch of the way and repeatedly emailed texted, rang she was a star, she sealed the deal. The service was so exceptional we put our new property we purchased with their letting management service we are going to be customers for a long time, we felt Important to stay as they proved to us they'd put our best interest first and built up our trust.
