All at Starkings were really helpful. Especially the Progression Team. Melissa helped us every step of the way. We received weekly emails and quick responses. Melissa kept in touch with all interested parties and kept things moving along unlike our solicitors.
The service we received was superb, they were professional, patient and helpful at all times . A special thank you to Karen on the sales team who went above and beyond to help find a buyer. What can we say about Charly the sales progressor ! She was amazing , so helpful and efficient , always a friendly voice and helped navigate us through a very challenging time. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
Can’t praise this team highly enough. We were not successful in securing a property sold through Starkings and Watson previously as we were outbid. However, we were so impressed with the manner in which the sales procedure was handled, advice we were given and friendly check-ins to help our house search, that they were the number one choice when deciding on a company to represent us in our sale. We are delighted with sale of our property, as it progresses, and appreciate the speed with which the house was beautifully photographed and advertised, ensuring a great momentum and buzz of interest. Within an hour of accepting an offer, our for sale sign was altered to sold. We are so happy we chose Starkings and Watson.
