Second time we used S & W: We are returning customers to S & W as they did such a sterling job last time they sold our house. Excellent photos and proactive marketing by Chris and the team. Plenty of viewers through the door so we sold quickly. Karen and Peter in particular were excellent in liaising with potential buyers, answering their questions and negotiating offers. Very professional and swift pain free process. Post sale was the longest stint of all for us due to difficulties within our chain. Melissa was as fantastic as ever and went over and above the whole time, keeping the very difficult lines of communication open within the chain and in essence doing the job of all 3 agents in the chain. Charly and Natalie were also really supportive in what ended up being a very stressful and lengthy process. If it wasn’t for the whole team at S & W being as wonderful as they were, I doubt the chain would have held together. I have never known an estate agency that provides a service anywhere near like these guys do. Would recommend them to anyone any time. Viewings were pain free and covid safe. Sold quickly and have now exchanged. We drove them crackers post sale but they never lost patience with us. Have already recommended them to people and will use again. Everything about the service we have received when selling our property has been top notch. Accurate particulars with great photos and onto the market without a fuss. Proactive marketing. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Sold our house quickly and were supportive all along the way. Not your typical wide boy estate agent, these guys are genuine and they deliver on their promises. I would thoroughly recommend Starkings and Watson estste agents to sell your property. They sold my property in Norwich during the first nationwide lockdown. They wasn't the first agent I appointed because of the Hybrid tag so I decided to go with a local traditional agent. Well after 13 weeks and just one viewing. I terminated the contract and decided to go multi actually 7 in total !!! Amongst the many agents there was Starkings and Watson who gave me the most viewings . I had big corporate agents who promised me that I will get a flood of viewings because of who they were and where their branch locations were. Know what I didn't even get one viewing and was really disappointed. Not even the other 3 or 4 local well known agents could muster more than one viewing. David Hawkes came round took the photos, details and measured up. He was down to earth and didn't promise me the Earth. He is a really nice likeable bloke who gets things done efficiently and promptly. He will go the extra mile, he actually called and emailed me late into the evening . I really appreciated that and I noticed that he was really passionate about his job. When I accepted an offer from one of thier viewers, the professionalism didn't end there. Mellisa, Annie, Andrea and the rest of the progression team were always on hand to update me on the progression of the sale. To top it all up Starkings and Watson were the cheapest with their fees. Even though I went multi they still managed to give a discount of £250 because I was a member of the emergency services as they valued the work that we do especially during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Wasn't sure about the "Hybrid" thing, but S&W have been amazing throughout the sale and purchase process,so thoroughly professional and attentive. A real change to the established estate agents and significantly cheaper. I strongly recommend S&W, they deliver an excellent service.
