Easy to talk too, everyone’s polite and helpful, there’s always someone there to give you a hand ✨ Me and my partner had seen our house come up, we were without a mortgage however we had to view it! Had our viewing with Carl who was lovely, he then suggested a mortgage advisor to us who turned out to be great too. He rang us at 11pm that evening and by 8am the following morning we had a mortgage. A few days later we put in our offer and another few days later we had got the house! Thought the rest of the process the guys were checking in on us and always there to answer a quick email! Thank you Carl, Melissa and Stephen for mainly dealing with us and the rest of the team! When I first decided to sell it, I spoke to several estate agents and choose Starkings & Watson because I was very impressed with Bruce's knowledge of the area and the sales strategy he devised. His strategy worked well and I got a very good price for my property. In addition, I'd like to give a special mention to Natalie from the after-sales team who kept in contact with me throughout the sale and was very supportive in all my dealings with the buyers/solicitors/lenders etc. Overall, very good experience with this company.

Sold our bungalow in Lingwood with S &W. They impressed me from the start at valuation stage, they had obviously done their homework and understood the market. They also had a good marketing strategy which sold our property quickly and conveniently without viewings dragging on. Once sold they followed through to ensure everything went through smoothly and even went the extra mile to post our keyring back to us after we had moved. I recommended to neighbours at the time and at least one also used them successfully. Professional, knowledgeable, good communicators, who pay attention to details, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
