A truly superb agent. The sales staff were fantastic and worked to sell our recently inherited house and were very good at giving useful feedback which was very helpful. It took some very professional work and they proved to be the right company for the job. The after sales service was second to none and Melissa could not have worked harder as there were problems with parts of the chain with solicitors and they kept us in the picture and the team certainly went the extra mile to help all of the chain achieve their sales & purchases. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Chris Starkings took a personal lead in the early stages of our sale, recommending a sales strategy that worked well and maintaining a clear dialogue between potential buyers and ourselves, ensuring open, honest and stress-free negotiations. He was always prompt to reply to emails or calls and provided sound, considered advice throughout the sales process. Sales progression was handled equally well using very clear online tracking software and a dedicated sales progression team. We've moved home many times over the years and some agents lose momentum when an offer is accepted on a property. This was not the case with Starkings & Watson who continued to drive the sale through to completion. Impressively, for such an exceptional service, their fees were highly competitive. I cannot recommend Starkings & Watson highly enough. Well what can I say about Starkings and Watson Estate agents? Right from the word go, on my very first viewing their staff have been polite and courteous, have kept me informed at all times and checked in with me to see how my property search was going. After I found my property and put an offer in they went out of their way to assist and Izzy, the Sales Progressor, has been fantastic throughout, she has literally held my hand through what can only be described as a very difficult chain. We have had daily (occasionally hourly) updates and Izzy has remained calm and professional throughout whilst still retaining a sense of humour. I really hope that I do not need the services of an estate agent anytime in the near future but would highly recommend Starkings and Watson to anybody wishing to move. A huge thank you to Izzy, I shall miss our daily chats. You really deserve a promotion 😉
