We had a viewing for a house today and Sarah was showing us around, all our questions were answered very quickly and we were very happy with the service. Having had several viewings with other estate agents it was definitely better than the service we have had with some of them as she was very friendly and there was no pressure and it felt more comfortable than some we have been to before!

Having sold houses in the past this time i was keen to keep away from the mainstream agents who care about little else other than getting as many houses on their books and then forget all about you. Starkings and Watson, being a small family run business local to the area couldn't be more different. They took care of everything and I was completely reassured that the selling process was in good hands. They did all the viewings and gave me feedback after each one. An excellent service from search to completion. The team at Brundall made an often bewildering process that little less so. It felt throughout that they genuinely cared about ensuring you got the place you were looking for which isn’t necessarily a viewpoint always associated with the estate agency profession…. Would certainly recommend.

From initial meeting with Chris for advertising our property, to viewings with Sarah at the property we were interested in purchasing, ongoing regular communication with Callum and a final viewing with Tom - all exemplary staff. Our sales progression team of Melissa and Charly were very accommodating of my impatient nature throughout the selling and buying process - lovely service all round and thanks to them for the hard work.

Sold our bungalow in Lingwood with S &W. They impressed me from the start at valuation stage, they had obviously done their homework and understood the market. They also had a good marketing strategy which sold our property quickly and conveniently without viewings dragging on. Once sold they followed through to ensure everything went through smoothly and even went the extra mile to post our keyring back to us after we had moved. I recommended to neighbours at the time and at least one also used them successfully. Professional, knowledgeable, good communicators, who pay attention to details, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have just sold our house and purchased another with ease through Starkings and Watson . Callum at the blundall office did an excellent job of selling and organising any viewings , once a purchaser was found and we’d decided on the house we wanted Catherine & Melissa from the central office took over ,keeping us updated weekly .
