Wasn't sure about the "Hybrid" thing, but S&W have been amazing throughout the sale and purchase process,so thoroughly professional and attentive. A real change to the established estate agents and significantly cheaper. I strongly recommend S&W, they deliver an excellent service. I'm particularly I'm grateful to David and Melissa who have been wonderful in keeping things in track, revealing a genuine client focus.
