The whole team in the Brundall office are friendly, efficient, proactive and use their initiative to make the process as smooth as it can be and way outperform most other estate agents I have experienced, with their professionalism and attention to detail. I have already confidently recommended them to friends, who have reported back that they too have had a great experience.

Our sale went through the Brundall office. Karen was a star through the whole process, as was Sam, Janet and the whole team at Starkings & Watson. Everything was handled in a very professional and friendly manner. It was refreshing that the experience was not too corporate but rather was efficient, attentive and helpful. All my questions were dealt with swiftly and clearly and I found they were very easy to contact. I got regular updates on the sale progression and the correspondence was superb. Well done. S&W Both "let" my house and then subsequently "sold" it for me. The lettings team, especially Dawn (but the others too!) managed my two tenancies smoothly, very helpful when I now live 6hrs away! My subsequent sale was professionally instigated by Chris (Starkings) and subsequently followed thro by Sarah and, once again, nicely supported by her team. Excellent efficient and sympathetic service. Frequent and easy contact with staff by phone and email. They produced a well-written description of the house, good photos and an impressive "walk-through" virtual tour to attract potential buyers in a very difficult market. We are particularly grateful to Sam for her work pre-sales and to Sarah for her crucial role in the run-up to exchange of contracts. We would certainly use Starkins and Watson again.

Perfect service from the team especially Sam, Tracey and Sarah. They all had impeccable customer service, real care in dealing with our frustrating move and guided us through each step. We really would not have been as comfortable or confident in seeing the process through if it wasn't for these guys so would definitely seek to use them first if we ever move house again. They were not even 'our' agent as they dealt with the house we purchased and yet still received the exact same level of service which is excellent and more than I expected. I have been dealing with Ana Killow and Tracey Khalil in connection with the sale of my late mother's house. As I dont live near Brundall there have been times when Ana & Tracey have been able to let surveyors and other people into view the property to save me a long journey. Since day 1 they have kept me up to date with regular phone calls and emails, all done with the aim of making the sale process smooth including liaising with the buyers and both sets of solicitors. They have acted very professionally but with sensibility and a smile.
