S&W were great from when we initially thought of selling right through to moving. Sam & Karen in the Brundall office were really helpful. The sales progressor Sarah was great in what proved to be a complicated move. Hopefully I won’t be moving again for a while but would recommend.

An excellent service from start to fnish. At the initial meeting the no-nonsense pricing and all-inclusive service put S&W ahead of the competition. Despite some problems further down the chain, the communication received was exceptional, and special thanks and commendation must go to Sarah, who's tenacity and regular updates made the process less stressful. Karen and Sam were also supportive and deserve a mention. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Starkings & Watson.

Fantastic service, start to finish. We purchased our new home through Starkings & Watson and were lucky enough to have Sarah looking after us. She was absolutely amazing, I never really leave reviews but honestly this was a very stressful and difficult chain but Sarah was great. Lots of updates, she chased everyone, she was great. The estate agents we sold our property with actually closed down 4 weeks before the completion, we were frantic but Sarah just took over and made it happen. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
