Starkings & Watson have been guiding me through the process of both selling and purchasing properties the whole team have been excellent in every respect and I cannot praise them enough. I must give special mention to both Sarah Short and Sam Homer, they have both gone more than the extra mile throughout this journey to enable a successful conclusion, I admit there was a couple of occasions when I could have quite easily have thrown in the towel, but the professional and calm manner and support given by Sarah and Sam kept me on the the right track. Sarah and Sam are both a credit to Starkings & Watson and themselves, I would not hesitate to recommend Starkings & Watson at every opportunity.

We recently bought our new home through starkings and Watson and it was a pleasure from start to finish. All the team were excellent and always on hand to help. Special mention to Sarah Short who is an absolute hero. She handled the sale with efficiency and her expertise is second to none. More than once she had my wife on the phone having a major meltdown and was so patient and reassuring. She went above and beyond to get us into our new home. I highly recommend buying or selling with this agency. Massive thanks to the Brundall team you are all superstars.

I just wanted to share my experience with Starkings & Watson, and especially to thank Sarah. Throughout the whole process, Sarah was incredibly human, dedicated, and calm — even when things became quite emotional and complicated at the end. She always made time to listen, responded quickly, and treated us with so much understanding. Even though she wasn’t my direct agent, Sarah went above and beyond to make the exchange happen — coordinating with everyone involved and really keeping things moving. I genuinely believe it wouldn’t have happened so smoothly without her. Thank you to the whole team for their support.

An excellent job done by an enthusiastic team . Sam, Sarah and Karen all went way above and beyond. Staying connected on their days off being just one way they showed their determination to get us sold. However stressful we found it they continued to be friendly and concerned for us throughout. So helpful from sale to purchase! We can’t thank Starkings and Watson enough for all there hard work in getting us to completion, each part of the sale gave us another name to remember, but they all communicated with each other through our difficult sale and purchase keeping us updated all the time, they kept our stress levels down when we needed them most, just by being there for us. From the first viewing of our property to completion S and W were first class and I would recommend to anybody. We were shown around initially by.... Can't remember her name... Who made the process easy and she answered all our questions. Will in the office negotiated on our behalf with quick responses and Sarah kept the after sales information up to date and reassured us at moments of stress as well as regularly each week so we never felt unsure of proceedings. I would use this estate agent again without hesitation with their professional and yet personal approach.
