Market conditions meant my property was a long time selling, but Sam & Karen at Brundall always kept the positivity up so that we got there in the end. They were always pleasant to deal with, involving less of the BS that is often associated with estate agents. And when it came to shpherding the sale through the final conveyancing quagmire Sarah was the epitome of cool professionalism (and a laugh as well). Good job.

After 18 months on the market, and having tried two other agents we gave Starkings & Watson a go. We regret having not used them earlier, but that’s our mistake.
