Excellent efficient and sympathetic service. Frequent and easy contact with staff by phone and email. They produced a well-written description of the house, good photos and an impressive "walk-through" virtual tour to attract potential buyers in a very difficult market. We are particularly grateful to Sam for her work pre-sales and to Sarah for her crucial role in the run-up to exchange of contracts. We would certainly use Starkins and Watson again.
