Sam homer was amazing with the viewings and the initial things very friendly nothing was to much trouble and then we went to Sarah short until completion she kept us up to date every step of the way. Responded to enquiries very quickly and kept everything moving steadily honestly the most stressful thing we have ever done but the team at starkings made it easier with a smooth transaction thank you so much for everything

Starkings and Watson have been great in both the sale and purchase. Janet Riches being the sales progressor worked really hard to get both through to completion, helping to allow myself and my buyer to come to agreements on points of the sale! Would definitely recommend, they seem a bit more dedicated and professional that a lot of other estate agents.

Just bought a house through Starkings and Watson. The team were very good at arranging the viewings - not easy because I didn't live locally so needed to have several viewings arranged close together. After my offer was accepted I was passed on to Janet Riches in the Sales Progression team. She was an absolute superstar. Nothing was ever too much trouble. There were quite a few problems along the way, but she was so good at making sure that things got sorted out. I think the phrase she used most often must have been "Don't worry, leave that with me", and she always delivered. I can't believe that any other estate agent would have provided such high levels of service.

We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Starkings & Watson. Throughout the whole process Sarah has kept us informed of the progress of the various parties in the chain and has liaised with our solicitor to keep everything on track. Peter and Margaret

Sarah dealt with our purchase and we genuinely could not fault her in anyway. Sarah was quick to respond to my emails, dealt with any issues in a timely manner and I genuinely felt like she cared. Sarah kept us in loop the whole time and the purchase went through within only five weeks! We would highly recommend Starkings and Watson and thankyou for making what was previously a very stressful experience a now pleasant one!

Trying to buy a house — in THIS ECONOMY?! Rough. But Sam makes it feel almost fun. She went above and beyond to arrange viewings, all while patiently riding the rollercoaster of my ADHD tangents. It’s like she has a superpower: part estate agent, part therapist. If anyone can help you survive the housing market with your sanity intact, it’s Sam. 10/10, would recommend. But not right now. Moved into the area recently, purchasing through S&W and we found all the staff very helpful through the process. Robert showed us around a couple of properties including our new home and was really welcoming and friendly. But we had some stressful ad dark moments (as is so often the case in moving house) and I can't praise Janet in sales progression highly enough. She was the beacon of light which brought us to our new home!
