We can’t thank Starkings and Watson enough for all there hard work in getting us to completion, each part of the sale gave us another name to remember, but they all communicated with each other through our difficult sale and purchase keeping us updated all the time, they kept our stress levels down when we needed them most, just by being there for us. Some of the staff we involved with were Sam, Sarah and Will, I spent many a time emailing Sarah out of hours but we still got a quick response. Thank you all. From the first viewing of our property to completion S and W were first class and I would recommend to anybody. We were shown around initially by.... Can't remember her name... Who made the process easy and she answered all our questions. Will in the office negotiated on our behalf with quick responses and Sarah kept the after sales information up to date and reassured us at moments of stress as well as regularly each week so we never felt unsure of proceedings. I would use this estate agent again without hesitation with their professional and yet personal approach.

Market conditions meant my property was a long time selling, but Sam & Karen at Brundall always kept the positivity up so that we got there in the end. They were always pleasant to deal with, involving less of the BS that is often associated with estate agents. And when it came to shpherding the sale through the final conveyancing quagmire Sarah was the epitome of cool professionalism (and a laugh as well). Good job.
