We bought our new home through Starkings and Watson and they made it as smooth as a house move can possibly be. Everyone was very professional and caring, but an extra thank you goes to Sarah, who was fantastic and helped us with the process going far and beyond her role. Also, Tracey was very helpful when Sarah was on annual leave and unable to assist us.

A huge thank you to the whole team at the Brundall office managing the sale of our property. Anna, Tabby and James were fabulous at managing viewings and communicating with us once we began getting offers through to acceptance. From a sales progression perspective Sarah Short was incredible to finally get things over the line. I had a very positive experience with this estate agent during the sale of our parents’ home. As this was my first time going through the process, their team was incredibly patient, supportive, and always willing to explain things clearly. All the staff were so professional and helpful at every twist and turn of the sale! Their communication is second to none, they couldn’t have helped anymore than they did. They were always available to answer any question no matter how trivial it was and allayed any fears. Special mention to Sarah and Tracey from the sales progression team, and Sam and her sales team at Brundall, amazing! Would highly recommend Starkings & Watson.
