Friendly staff.

Never used for services but they did put a 'for let' sign on my rental property despite not using them for management of it nor it being up for rent. I had a weekend worry my tenent was subletting. Honest mistake (it should have gone 2 doors down) but now have drill holes in my buildings render.

April 2021: I had a viewing for a new property and it was just great. Nicola Morris showed me around the place, pitched the rooms fantastically and was very clear about everything I needed to know. She knows what’s she’s doing and it shows! The property looks like it’s going to be great and I cannot wait to move in! Update: August 2021 Please do not waste your time booking the BULWER ROAD STUDIOS - NG7 3HL. The building was force renovated into a set of studios. The corridors and staircases are tight - a complete fire hazard. The rooms are not the same size but yet, the pricing is the same. The only rooms that are decent are studios 5&10 - AVOID THE OTHERS!! They are cramped and small, I promise you will hate them. The pictures on the letting site do not truly reflect the size of the rooms/property as a whole. The property also doesn't have a single mirror but apparently this is 'normal' ... yeah - Furthermore, Tristrams are only there to show you the property then give you over to the landlord. The landlords, Housing 35 ARE THE WORST. They are unprofessional, rude and lack training to be in the business. Her name did not stick but the female with squeaky high pitched voice (you'll know exactly who this is if you call them up) was rude and should be fired immediately. I am so glad that I decided to pull out of the property and have found somewhere much more accommodating. Big shoutout to Savannah at Tristrams who was very helpful, despite the Landlords being a complete nuisance. Always ask Tristrams who the Landlord is, if they say Housing 35, RUN! This is an honest review so people do not make the same mistake I did looking at these studios. This is mainly targeted towards the Landlords but as they are affiliated with Tristrams, I have to leave the review here.

The agent told lots of lies

Worst property managers I have ever seen. Everything is okay till you are a tenant, n tats it. If any maintainance occurs u need to beg and follow them for months. A group of jerks works together in an office , tats what this company.

Fraudulent letting agent. I rented an apartment from Tristram's having had a video viewing and was told the apartment would be unfurnished. When I arrived, I found the apartment was furnished with very old, dirty furniture which had a ton of mold. Then upon calling them, I am told this was a let only and I should contact the landlord. Tristram's also changed the contract multiple times during their process using "Goodlord" online software from assured to let only. They first sent a draft for an assured contract, then they changed it 4 times after having paid the deposit. This is in addition that the apartment also did not meet its energy certificate, due to leaky windows, high humidity, damp walls and leaking roof. I saw their agents showing this rental apartment, while blatantly not telling the viewers anything about an apartment that is basically not fit for living. Absolutely disgraceful! avoid at all costs and be very careful.

Very disappointed to make a four hour round trip with my daughter to view a student let property on City Road in Beeston, only to get a phone call from Tristrams whilst stood outside the house, to be told the viewing was cancelled and we would have to reschedule. This was despite getting a call earlier in the day from Tristrams to confirm the viewing. I won’t make any other comment about Tristrams, as it is the only interaction I’ve had with them, but this was an expensive waste of time for my daughter and I.
