Tristams has been extremely helpful with the moving in process and have always been friendly and professional. They are much better than many of the other lettings agents. Lizzie and James have been very helpful in particular and have solved any routine problems that I have had quickly :)

We received an excellent service from Tristrams, me and my partner were desperate to find a house and with the help of Alex, we moved in the same week as the viewing!! Despite miscommunication when it came to arranging an inspection which I'll put down to a one off, and me being rather annoyed at them, Tristrams have upheld a good level of communication and have been very helpful when we've needed them. They take feedback well and they're very quick to respond to emails and nothing seems like too much trouble for them.

Georgia Boot Lived at the property for year. Decent accommodation. Moving Out went quite smoothly as Georgia Boot helped me with the leaving process.

Were professional and easy to contact throughout. However, when it came to move in day we were not contacted regarding picking up keys (even when all was clear to go) and we had to chase up repeatedly. I would say this was likely a one off occasion and other than that service was good.
