Turnaround and processing was quick, when I need something doing I tend to get it done fairly quickly.

Ms. Klaudia Tomiak have been very co-operative and helpful since the day one while I was searching for properties to rent in Nottingham. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I rented a house for a year. Julia and Georgia followed my repair requests and dealed with landlord. They reacted promptly and handyman came to fix. Although not all were solved, they were fantastic.

'Tristrams' dealt with me well. Charlotte was very good with me and seemed to get how sincere I was re the place. I had a bit of impatience -for I had been really unlucky with three rooms before -all amazingly had been snapped up about an hour before I was to view them! And it was uneasy staying at friends, but we go there in the end :) )

As a student renting in Nottingham I can honestly say that Tristrams are a great agency to rent with. They are super polite, reply swiftly to any enquiries and one of my better experiences with an estate agency for sure. HOWEVER if you are booking a Housing35 property with them BE WARNED!!! Unfortunately Housing35 have no google review page so I have no choice but to write it here - if I could give them a separate review it would be 1 star at best. Staying at their newly renovated millstream court property has been a nightmare. We tenants had no wifi for 3 months despite it being included in our rent, had no efficient garbage disposal system for the first 2 months so rubbish was left in a pile just outside the property. There is one washing machine and dryer in the entire building for all 20 tenants to share. Studios are situated in a dark alleyway that has only just had lights installed - prior to that it was a huge safety hazard. On one occasion builders were working on the front door and nobody could leave or enter the building for the next 6 hours with no heads up from Housing35. Front door is stiff and often left ajar (another huge safety hazard). Lastly, don’t think about ordering a package here unless it’s amazon and you can instruct them exactly where to leave it, access code to the building etc. There is literally NOWHERE safe to order your items to - we haven’t been advised of another location such as their office which will take our packages.

Tristram has been very helpful and cooperative regarding accommodating me and understanding my preference, they are readily available to communication and open to hearing your troubles which helps maintain a better quality of living and has given me a nice place to stay along with it. When I found myself at a particular problem regarding the house, agents like Tirana really helped to solve it and took my issues with care and respect to them understanding the prior issue of internet was a big factor in my life and was so helpful in the matter.

We are currently in the process of buying a property marketed by Tristrams. I have had contact with Talia and Chloe during this process. Both have been very responsive to queries either by phone or email. The property is currently empty and Talia has be accommodating to our requests for additional viewings.
