Housesearching is a nightmare usually but unlike many other agents they were very good with communication. Do reccommend. (only not five star because there was a little faff right at the start but after that they were very prompt so kudos to that)

Staff needs to be a bit proactive. It's the Customer who needs to follow up to get things done. Updated to 4 from 3 Stars on 3.1.19, due to improved customer experience over time. Responses have been prompt and proactive.
