After trying to get through on the phone, leaving voicemails, and sending 5+ emails, I wasn't getting a response, so I decided to call into the office. The gentleman who was sat in the main desk opposite the front door, whom I'm presuming was the director, as he was wearing a smart three piece suite made me feel extremely uncomfortable. His first suggestion was for me to "Get rid" of my dog, as there weren't many properties showing up which hit my price bracket, followed by "Can't you just get help from Mum and Dad?" for which I don't have either, but thanks for asking. I'd steer clear of this one ladies and gents, that is unless you have zero compassion for your animals well-being or happen to enjoy being made to feel worthless.

Ignorant and rude. Don’t reply to calls or emails and are very unprofessional about everything. Some lovely property’s if you can actually book a viewing and if that’s successful you still have to get hold of someone to actually apply.

I wasn't allowed to see the property,because the agent didn't have the keys. I drove 40mile round trip to see the property,but couldn't get inside. Very unprofessional and a big waste of my time and fuel.

Contacted them regarding the property next door to us which has had refurbishment done on it and is now advertising for tenants. The trades that have done the refurbishment ha e dumped all the rubbish in the garden which is a proper eyesore and filled 2 black bins with rubble and the bins have split and the bin men can't empty them because of the weight. I have rang Martin and co and had no reply . They are coming across as very unprofessional.

Every call goes to voicemail telling you they'll get back to you but never do, all messages on their website are ignored even after a couple of attempts. Literally no idea how other people have managed to contact them. Then the new property they've recently reinput in Rightmove is taken down. Very poor.
