Unfortunately I didn’t get further than organising a date for the housing appraisal. However the service I had received from making an initial enquiry to cancelling the appointment was below average.

I really do not know this letting agency. But for some reason they take on business from landlords who still like to discriminate against people who may be on benefits. "Working guarantor" required for those who claim benefits???? How unlawful and discriminatory does that sound. This agency sounds like it is best avoided. And why do the girls who work in this office class themselves as managers????

If you want to waste your time and money only! Misleading informations, horrible customer service, lack of communication. They rent out a property hazardous to heath no regard to people’s condition what so ever . They just take your money ,then good luck getting it back! I am 8 month pregnant starting a court process with them! Horrible experience.
