really bad came out when they wanted when i was out at appointments when they where told they were not to entre when no one is in and still tryed. do what they want when ever it suits them. i would not go with any property with them ever again. they always canceilled job letting people view when other people are in the property, this is the house when we moved in.

the week before completion, I'm unable to get hold of anyone. 4 Days I've been trying to get hold of them, 4 messages left, no response. I've spoken to the estate agent of the house im buying numerous times as they are on the ball, asking how its going, is there anything they can do to help, do i need anything etc. I've not heard from my estate agent once since they found a buyer for my property. Given the amount I'm expected to pay for the "service" you don't receive, ill be disputing the price and taking my issues with this estate agent further.

wanted to view a property for sale with their Thornton office whilst I had 2 weeks off work. 4 voicemails, 2 emails and no reply. not sure how they get properties sold if they are not getting back to potential buyers

Absolutely disgusting. My mum's boiler broke and she asked martin and co to do something about it. The next day when the plumber was supposed to come around 12 and he didn't. We called him and he said that martin and co called him and cancelled the appointment. They didn't inform us about that. We called martin and co again and they said that the landlord wanted it that way and that the new plumber will come maybe tomorrow. MAYBE! It is winter time and my mum is freezing in her own house because of some crap excueses. They have no recpect to their clients.

Useless company. Had issues getting documents signed and blamed us. Waiting for roof repair for over 4 weeks now! Water in master bedroom every time it rains, do they care? No.

If you dont mind waiting 2 months..yep 2 MONTHS for the return of your bond,with landlord approval,this is the agency for you!

Absolutely atrocious, asked 2 weeks ago about a property was told no pets so Didn’t take it any further, on the Wednesday just gone I got a random call off a Samantha at the Blackpool Martin and co to say that the landlord will accept pets now and to go view the property, so we viewed it on Thursday, we absolutely loved the property and we said we will definitely take it and was ready to pay everything there and then, the lady that showed us around said they just need the written permission off the landlord which we completely understand and we can then move in, I then went onto emailing them yesterday as we didn’t hear anything and still didn’t hear anything so I decided to take the phone number off there website this morning to give them a call and that is when I found that the property said “let agreed” .... I phoned them just now to get told they have took another application just yesterday without a dog ?? why show us if there was never an intention to take dogs and build hopes up, we missed out on another property. Thankyou Samantha for nothing I’ll make sure to leave reviews on all social media accounts and all other places to make sure everyone knows how you treat people and current tenants.... God forbid when we do move since our old Lettings place moved to you ....
