Ed at JLL helped us with our house purchase and he was exceptional. We had viewed around 50 properties prior to our purchase and Ed has been the best of the Estate agent we have dealt with. After we pulled out of one purchase due to its survey, immediately Ed took us to view what is now our home as he knew exactly what we were looking for. In the past 14 months I've been hunting for my first dream home. I can not describe how many agents and agencies I faced and spoke with. Some of the big agencies even shame to name or describe their work. I want to say that this agency and one agent in particular @Michael Chu is incredibly professional from top till bottom. Quick for response, pushing through and does not do an extra mile but extra 10,000 miles for his clients and really makes this experience extremely pleasant. I bought a property with three flats in an upcoming area which I thought had great potential to accommodate a fourth flat similar to others on the same street. The council was not very happy and delayed me for 6 months without actually rejecting my application. I was almost on the verge of giving up being tired of hearing the local estate agents that the area is not good, but then I met Graham from JLL which offered me a great solution to my problem: keeping three flats and just reconfigure the flats' layout. He encouraged me to carry on and saw the potential of the building just as I have seen it. I followed his advice and one year later I put on the market one of the flats and within a month JLL sold my flat. It's been a very tough sale but I have received a lot of support throughout the process. Both Adam& Cheryl and Graham have been really helpful, polite and responsive. JLL really knows the market, they have a good range of clients and their customer service is top notch. A lot of other estate agents could learn a thing or two from them. I strongly recommend them for your house sale. They really deserve the 5 * coming from a happy customer who usually doesn't like estate agents :)

Only positive things to say about JLL Greenwich. From start to finish our sales agent, Eduard, has been nothing but professional, patient, caring and always on top of everything. He was very responsive and did anything he could to help us complete our purchase and make sure we stayed updated during the process. He was also really helpful in finding solutions to the problems we faced during the transaction (chasing developer's solicitors, etc.). We will recommend him for sure if we know anyone who wants to come to the area or if we are looking for another property .

Fantastic experience with JLL Greenwich - mainly Ed Diac but also Graham and the support team as well. Ed in particular went out of his way at every stage (even though I was not the one paying JLL!) and was communicative and proactive throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, including extra viewings, additional questions and liaising with other parties to get my purchase over the line. Ed Diac is one of the best estate agents I have ever worked with. Buying a property is one of the biggest purchases a person can make in their life. Ed was supportive, helpful and always available to answer the million questions I had. He is the consummate professional and at the top of his game.
