We had previously viewed a house with Ed and he actually identified this house for us as something we would be interested in. Based on his recommendation we went to see the property and absolutely loved it - so he really understood what we were looking for in a property. We were able to get viewings quickly which meant we got the opportunity to make offers on properties that would sell quick. We experienced delays with the sellers solicitors but Ed remained on top of the process at all times, chasing all relevant parties and keeping us in the loop. He was very responsive and facilitated passing messages between ourselves and the sellers. We were very impressed by JLL, and specifically Ed and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Michael provided with a first class professional service. From taking the instructions he kept us fully informed with the progress of the viewings and kept going until we achieved the sale. The actual sale proved quite difficult due to various issues but Michael kept up communication and informing us of what the buyer was doing. We worked with Michael from JLL to try to secure a rental property over the holidays. He went above and beyond negotiating with the landlord on our behalf for pet friendliness and furnishings, but in the end we were unable to move forward with this property. He was amazingly helpful and responsive, despite the difficulty of working during the Christmas season and the slow and inconsistent replies he was getting from the landlord. Great service from JLL.
