I have been renting a place via JLL for several years now and recently came across few issues that I needed an assistance with. I had a very good experience with JLL and in particular the sales advisor Eduard. He kept me informed of the entire process throughout and was extremely responsive. I was particular pleased with his prompt actions to resolve any obstacles we were facing and he was proactive to reach out to the relevant stakeholders to progress matters along. Ed at JLL helped us with our house purchase and he was exceptional. We had viewed around 50 properties prior to our purchase and Ed has been the best of the Estate agent we have dealt with. After we pulled out of one purchase due to its survey, immediately Ed took us to view what is now our home as he knew exactly what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to push the sale through and it would have taken so much longer without him.
