We had a very positive experience letting our flat through JLL, they communicated well throughout the process and found suitable tenants within a few weeks at asking price. Michael in particular worked diligently in making sure the deal went through after the tenants were found, would be happy to recommend.

We feel very lucky to have found JLL and in particular, Graham Lawes. He helped us to both sell our home of 30 years and to find us the smaller, but perfectly formed, riverside home to replace it. We knew it was a tricky market to sell in but Graham has a deep knowledge of the area, having grown up here, and knew how to sell the family lifestyle of Westcombe Park. Having questioned us in some detail about what we were looking for he also suggested a flat to us that JLL had just put on the market by the river. Despite our own house only having just come on the market he managed to persuade the vendor to sell it to us and we couldn't be more delighted. We managed to both buy and sell within 2 months of ours going on the market. Everyone in the office, not just Graham, was responsive to calls, kept us informed throughout, and were a pleasure to deal with. For a deep understanding of the local area and its housing stock and spot on advice on how to sell in the current market, I don't think you could do better than JLL in Greenwich. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had quite a complicated and convoluted end to our tenancy due to external circumstances but Helena Borgese handled the whole thing brilliantly - she was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries/difficulties we had, making the whole process a lot more bearable. Thanks Helena and JLL!
