Our sale took a a while to go through, but Michael from JLL stayed on top of it for the entire time, was diligent, polite and never pushy. Best interaction I have ever had with an agent and I'm grateful for his help!

I have just completed on a flat purchase with Ed from JLL as the seller's agent. Through the whole process from my first viewings in Greenwich, Ed couldn't have been more helpful. He was knowledgable about all of the flats I viewed and very responsive when I had queries. As a first time buyer, he was particularly helpful with guiding me through the process between making an offer and completion. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always confident that he would pick up the phone if I needed anything. Michael provided with a first class professional service. From taking the instructions he kept us fully informed with the progress of the viewings and kept going until we achieved the sale. The actual sale proved quite difficult due to various issues but Michael kept up communication and informing us of what the buyer was doing. I believe we must have tested his patience at times but he was courteous and responsive at all times. I would highly recommend JLL and Michael if you want to sell your property.
