We are extremely happy with the service received from JLL especially from Michael Chu. They made the process of viewing, payments and check in extremely smooth for us. We moved into our new home during COVID times and with a baby on its way. Michael was very accommodating and made our transition to our new home seamless.

Sold my flat in Lewisham through JLL, they were great start to finish. Knew the area, knew the building, and knew the nuances of selling a recently built high rise flat. Our sale took a a while to go through, but Michael from JLL stayed on top of it for the entire time, was diligent, polite and never pushy. Best interaction I have ever had with an agent and I'm grateful for his help!

Max and I rented our flat through JLL Greenwich and it was rented so we quickly we had to move out earlier than first planned. Michael Chu rented our apartment, Bruna looked after all of the paperwork and Yasmin was able to answer any questions we had along the way. We are first time landlords the team have been so helpful. I recommend them highly to anyone.

Ed has been amazing during my transaction period. Albeit this was a transaction where time was of the essence (due to Stamp Duty holiday) he made sure that everything is done right and on time. Very responsive and happy to accomodate and support any request from my side. Thank you !
