Excellent service and support from Dovile Tamulyte and Helena Borgese from JLL. They were very professional, always available to answer any queries we had, took the time to explain all aspects of the lease (multiple times!) to us and were an absolute joy to work with. Isobel Miles was extremely helpful at every stage of our search from viewings through to signing of tenancy agreement. She was very accommodating with scheduling our viewings as she understood we have a young baby. She is responsive. Very good experience with this JLL branch since the viewing of the flat we are renting. Our experience with JLL was fantastic and Dovile, our primary contact, provided the best experience I have had from an agent. She communicated extremely well and in a timely manner and offered great insight into all aspects of our move to Greenwich. We ultimately were able to secure the house we wanted and Dovile made that incredibly easy.
