My fiance and I have recently moved into a rental property which was managed by Balgores Hayes. Jake Coldwell truly went above and beyond in assisting us with any questions we had, with timely and efficient responses. The process was extremely easy and anything we were unsure of, Jake was quick to help and provide any reassurances. If we do decide to move homes, whether it be another rental or buying, I would absolutely refer back to these guys as they have gained my total trust and I know what a great service they provide. I would 100% recommend.

having previously failed to reach a sale with another agent I was sceptical about putting the house on the market again.
