We are extremely happy with the service received from JLL especially from Michael Chu. They made the process of viewing, payments and check in extremely smooth for us. We moved into our new home during COVID times and with a baby on its way. Michael was very accommodating and made our transition to our new home seamless.

Isobel Miles was extremely helpful at every stage of our search from viewings through to signing of tenancy agreement. She was very accommodating with scheduling our viewings as she understood we have a young baby. She is responsive. Isobel stood out from other agents I have come across in the past as she is personable and friendly, whilst remaining professional. Bruna Faria prepared and arranged the signing of the tenancy agreement. She was reliable and answered my queries on the agreement promptly.

Max and I rented our flat through JLL Greenwich and it was rented so we quickly we had to move out earlier than first planned. Michael Chu rented our apartment, Bruna looked after all of the paperwork and Yasmin was able to answer any questions we had along the way. We are first time landlords the team have been so helpful. I recommend them highly to anyone.

Ed has been amazing during my transaction period. Albeit this was a transaction where time was of the essence (due to Stamp Duty holiday) he made sure that everything is done right and on time. Very responsive and happy to accomodate and support any request from my side. Thank you !
