Ed was our main point of contact for a Greenwich property that we just successfully exchanged on - an extremely painless process. I have just recently rented an apartment through JLL, and am really pleased with the outcome. Eilis from the Greenwich office has been fantastic, very professional, patient in the face of delays, and very quick in the process of booking viewings / providing responses to questions or concerns raised. We have just recently rented a flat through JLL and have been very happy with the process. Eilis from the office was very responsive, professional and empathetic. She really made the search easier for us by suggesting and making us view properties that matched our criteria perfectly. Quick response and great communication, despite it took a bit longer than expected to solve the issue in our apartment but I must mention Keeley Wesley who took over our case as a Property Manager and responded very quickly, literally the next day she already started booking an engineer, kept me updated and the issue was fixed at the end as promised. Polite and friendly communication via email, I was super happy that she was so responsible on that matter!

Currently renting a property from JLL, they are very professional and a pleasure to let from, and kinder to the self employed than some other London estate agents! We worked with Michael from JLL to try to secure a rental property over the holidays. He went above and beyond negotiating with the landlord on our behalf for pet friendliness and furnishings, but in the end we were unable to move forward with this property. He was amazingly helpful and responsive, despite the difficulty of working during the Christmas season and the slow and inconsistent replies he was getting from the landlord. Great service from JLL.

We recently sold our house using JLL. Michael and Ed were both very friendly, proactive and responsive and helped make the process very smooth. If you choose to use a traditional estate agent I would recommend.
