We had used JLL for over 10 years as sales agent as well as property management service. Overall service is satisfactory. At a recent sales of the apartment, it took us only a week to reach a solid buyer. Over the process from house viewing to final completion, the whole team had been taking earliest initiative to keep all concern parties to move towards the target deal date. I have been with JLL for over 5 years during which I was assigned various property managers. I experienced JLL as a generally positive property agency. However, Ahmed ShahidAzizhas really stood out and has made a difference to me. Ahmed always responded to my inquiries extremely quickly. He communicated clearly and managed to solve any outstanding issues to my full satisfaction. He involved relevant stakeholders where necessary and made sure all interests are aligned.
