My boyfriend and I recently bought a house in Greenwich with JLL. Our estate agent was called Ed and he did a fantastic job throughout the process. We had previously viewed a house with Ed and he actually identified this house for us as something we would be interested in. Based on his recommendation we went to see the property and absolutely loved it - so he really understood what we were looking for in a property. We were able to get viewings quickly which meant we got the opportunity to make offers on properties that would sell quick. We experienced delays with the sellers solicitors but Ed remained on top of the process at all times, chasing all relevant parties and keeping us in the loop.
