Ed and Michael were fantastic with selling our flat. The process was very smooth and much quicker than we expected. They were super responsive with our questions, gave sound advice and are all round incredibly professional and lovely people. Safe to say they've restored my faith in estate agents - would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Greenwich.

Me and my partner decided to look for a flat in London and recently found a property through JLL. Our letting agent Eilis Moloney was taking care of everything. From scheduling a viewing, showing us the property, answering related questions and explaining the offering process. All of this in very professional and polite manner. Our email correspondence with Eilis is always really swift and she keeps us updated of each step towards letting the property. So far we had only positive experience with JLL and hopefully it won’t change. We haven’t moved in to the property yet, so we cannot comment on the actual move-in process, but I’ll keep this review updated once we do!

We had the lovely Eilis show us around our viewing and she was super welcoming and friendly. Upon submitting our offer, we had last minute request on our end and she was always quick to respond and update. Offer accepted and she's been so helpful with everything so far! Takes the stress away when finding a new home 10/10

Michael and the letting team have shown efficiency and professionalism from the start. My property was let out recently with a pair of lovely tenants found through JLL. From initial landlord on-boarding to tenants moving in, all of this was done within a short time frame (and with professional guidance and advice offered throughout). Very happy with the service received so far, and would not hesitate to recommend to other landlords. Update from 21 Jun 2023 - I would like to add that Ahmed ShahidAziz @JLL has been excellent and supportive in managing our property. We would recommend Ahmed and JLL for property management also.

Have been using JLL for past 10 years to take care of my property since I moved overseas. Previously, the services were usually cut and dry. Currently, am very happy and satisfied with the service of Ahmed Shahid Aziz. He really goes above the mile to assist in all matters with regards to the property. He makes extra efforts to communicate and assures that all are in good order.
