He gave us valuable advice, he made himself very accessible be it directly via WhatsApp, calls, or emails, and he was always very quick with his responses to our queries, and as first-time buyers you can imagine we had a lot of them. In addition to making himself easily accessible, simple things such as informing my partner and I when he will be away, and who will be covering in his absence went a long way in putting our minds at ease that we were in safe hands with the transaction. It was a pleasure to have worked with Michael throughout this process and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
