Balgores wasn’t my first choice as other agents had promised me a dedicated service at less cost which was not forthcoming.
Moving to Michael K and team was a refreshing change.
My sale was handled with speed, energy and excellent feedback throughout.

We used Balgores when we sold our last house so it was a no brainer for us to use them again. The service Joe, Jamie and the whole team provide is one that all estate agents should aspire to. I had a great experience of getting and securing a flat that I really wanted through JLL. Eilis Moloney has made the process super smooth and fast, so I was able to sign the tenancy agreement within a few days after viewing the property.
