I had a good experience with JLL as a tenant for my last tenancy agreement. The agreement ended because the landlord sold the property. JLL assigned Keely, a great property manager , for the property. She always provided prompt responses to address the difficulties I met (i.e. water leakage, heating issue). Also, she is a very nice person. I'm happy to deal with her for any queries or issues on the property.

We feel in good hands with Keely W who is very responsive and quick to coordinate with engineers to help with solving property issues. Dovile T, our lettings agent, was also a pleasure to deal with when first viewing the flat we are in. Happy with JLL so far, one of the best agents we have dealt with!
