Mervyn and Amy did a fantastic job helping us buy our dream house near Bampton.
The property was a renovation project with lots of potential, and they supported us at every step. They helped us negotiate a fair price and communicated efficiently with the seller regarding various issues raised during multiple surveys. They also kept the sale on track while the grant of probate was pending. Agents were very accommodating with multiple visits from surveyors, tradespeople, and our architect—even helping to move items to the driveway before completion day.
