I selected JLL to rent out my property after quite extensive research. The differentiator was the service from the team. See this apartment was my home and moving out, I left it as a home ready to live. I needed agents who understood my mindset, what value I was trying to offer and support me in finding the right tenant. I needed someone handson to answer my questions and familiarise me with requirements and the flexibility to make changes. And that’s what I got. In terms of their ability, it was top notch. They got a video out, excellent quality mind you, in unbelievable time. They found me a pair of good tenants, helped prepare the apartment with checks and have me on my way. It was all pretty smooth so no issues here. Big thanks to Yasmin and Isobel.
