Isobel Miles was extremely helpful at every stage of our search from viewings through to signing of tenancy agreement. She was very accommodating with scheduling our viewings as she understood we have a young baby. She is responsive. Isobel stood out from other agents I have come across in the past as she is personable and friendly, whilst remaining professional. Very good experience with this JLL branch since the viewing of the flat we are renting. Our property manager Keely Wesley is very responsive and competent: so far, everytime we notified an issue with the flat she replied promptly and arranged for a solution within a short timeframe. Our experience with JLL was fantastic and Dovile, our primary contact, provided the best experience I have had from an agent. She communicated extremely well and in a timely manner and offered great insight into all aspects of our move to Greenwich. We ultimately were able to secure the house we wanted and Dovile made that incredibly easy. We’ve just completed a purchase in Greenwich and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Michael Chu and JLL. He was so helpful at every stage, working proactively to help the sale move at speed. I have no doubt that without his help we would have been waiting much longer. I was kept up to date with any annual leave and his colleague Ed was also brilliant and ensured progress didn’t stall.
