We recently have found a property to rent through JLL and Eilis has been absolutely amazing. We have been looking for a property for over a year and have been in contact with multiple estate agents, none match up to Eilis service, she’s been such a breathe of fresh air and JLL is one of the best estate agents I’ve personally experienced.

My partner and I recently completed the purchase of our first house using the services of JLL. Specifically, we coordinated with the estate agent Michael Chu who from start to finish, from booking the viewing to contract exchange, was extremely helpful. He gave us valuable advice, he made himself very accessible be it directly via WhatsApp, calls, or emails, and he was always very quick with his responses to our queries, and as first-time buyers you can imagine we had a lot of them. In addition to making himself easily accessible, simple things such as informing my partner and I when he will be away, and who will be covering in his absence went a long way in putting our minds at ease that we were in safe hands with the transaction. It was a pleasure to have worked with Michael throughout this process and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I could not recommend Michael Chu and his team highly enough. Professional, transparent, integral and knowledgeable. Michael was adept at navigating the entire process. I trusted his judgement and he assisted me every step of the of the way. He has a combination of excellence and great interpersonal skills and you will have no doubt your in good hands.
