Me and my partner decided to look for a flat in London and recently found a property through JLL. Our letting agent Eilis Moloney was taking care of everything. From scheduling a viewing, showing us the property, answering related questions and explaining the offering process. All of this in very professional and polite manner. Our email correspondence with Eilis is always really swift and she keeps us updated of each step towards letting the property. So far we had only positive experience with JLL and hopefully it won’t change. We haven’t moved in to the property yet, so we cannot comment on the actual move-in process, but I’ll keep this review updated once we do!

Fantastic service from the JLL Greenwich Team! I initially called about another flat, and with a few attentive questions, Eilis matched me to the perfect listing. I was beginning to feel deflated searching for properties to rent in London from overseas as my enquiries were either ignored or treated with disregard, so I didn't have high hopes when I saw a property on Rightmove and submitted my online enquiry. I am so grateful that my enquiry ended up with Eilis Moloney at JLL, not only did she respond efficiently, but the virtual viewing was organised quickly enabling us to submit a timely offer and secure the tenancy in a matter of a few days. Her proactivity, professionalism and patience guiding my wife and I through this experience has not only impressed us, but without her knowing, she has alleviated a lot of stress which comes with this international move, and we are extremely grateful.
