Definitely made the right choice
Definitely made the right choice when I decided to go with Charles Carr (recently Carter Edwards) to sell my mother's property. When Lloyd Westall came to value the property it was clear that he had really good local knowledge and I felt confident that he had advised a good, but also a realistic price that could be achieved. Once I had accepted an offer it was literally only a week before the offer had been 'financially qualified' (I even know some jargon now!) and received the paperwork from the conveyancing solicitor to sign. Everything is progressing well and hopefully completion date is not far off. I have found Lloyd to be not only thoroughly professional, but also kind and really helpful in giving advice without being at all 'pushy'. Lloyd has always got back to me really quickly when I have contacted him which I have greatly appreciated. He also has a good sense of humour which helps...

10/10 great service
Sold through Charles Carr at a open house event, we got over our guide price, which we were extremely happy with, Jade helped us with our search and we actually found with them as well, they have the most properties around this area so we were contestantly told about new instructions and viewed late on an evening after hours which we appricated for us shift workers. Great service by Jade and the team!

Do not give up until you find your dream home!
Charles Carr were by far the most professional agency that we dealt with on our house hunt as first time buyers. Buying your first home is incredibly daunting but they made the whole process easy and straight forward. When we did spot a house that we felt was "the one" Luci in the Bitterne office went out of her way to arrange a viewing for us and even made sure everything was going ok on her day off - pretty incredible!! We got there eventually and we did buy the one! We cannot wait to our new little home now! A big thank you to all of the team, your hard work and numerous viewings you facilitated were greatly appreciated!

Dedicated agent
We had been asking another agent for information on our new house and not getting very fast. I contacted Sam Brooks and he found some of the required information out in next to no time at all. Late at night 2030(ish) we received a further email with confirmation of the the rest of the information. I wish all Charles Carrs staff were this dedicated! Sam is a credit to Charles Carrs, extremely polite who possesses the right attitude to cooperate with the public.

Providing Peace of Mind
