Definitely made the right choice

Definitely made the right choice when I decided to go with Charles Carr (recently Carter Edwards) to sell my mother's property. When Lloyd Westall came to value the property it was clear that he had really good local knowledge and I felt confident that he had advised a good, but also a realistic price that could be achieved. Once I had accepted an offer it was literally only a week before the offer had been 'financially qualified' (I even know some jargon now!) and received the paperwork from the conveyancing solicitor to sign. Everything is progressing well and hopefully completion date is not far off. I have found Lloyd to be not only thoroughly professional, but also kind and really helpful in giving advice without being at all 'pushy'. Lloyd has always got back to me really quickly when I have contacted him which I have greatly appreciated. He also has a good sense of humour which helps...
